ISAAC NORTON

Third Year Coaching Balla$

Head Coach Isaac Norton leads Murray Baseball with a player-centered approach that emphasizes growth, confidence, and a genuine love for the game. A Murray alumnus and former Spartan player, Coach Norton joined the coaching staff in 2022 before being named Head Coach in 2026.

Coach Norton is known for creating an atmosphere where players are encouraged to be themselves, support one another, and compete without fear of failure. He believes some of the best lessons in baseball come through adversity and works to help athletes build resilience, leadership skills, and self-confidence both on and off the field.

With a strong commitment to player development and team culture, Coach Norton takes pride in helping athletes become better competitors, better teammates, and better people. His goal is to build a program where players enjoy coming to the field every day, compete for championships, and create memories that last a lifetime

COLTON EASTON

Colton Easton is a former collegiate baseball player whose career was built on hard work, competitiveness, and a commitment to excellence. A standout athlete at Lone Peak High School, Colton earned First Team All-State honors as a senior and Second Team All-State recognition as a junior, establishing himself as one of the top players in the state. Following his high school success, he continued his baseball career at Brigham Young University, Salt Lake Community College, and College of Southern Idaho, competing at a high level while further developing his skills and understanding of the game. Through years of competition, Colton cultivated leadership, discipline, resilience, and a team-first mindset—qualities that continue to guide his professional and personal endeavors today.

JACOB REECE

Third Year Coaching Balla$

Jacob Reece is a current catcher at Columbia Basin College and a former Region Champion at Murray High School in Utah. A four-year varsity player, he earned recognition from Murray Head Coach Marce Wilson as "one of the best catchers in all of Utah" because of his leadership, toughness, and commitment to the game. At Columbia Basin, Jacob continued to excel, posting a .346 batting average, .433 on-base percentage, and .853 OPS as a freshman. Alongside his baseball career, he is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and preparing for the NSCA Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) exam. Jacob is passionate about developing athletes who compete with grit, embrace hard work, and contribute to a positive team culture built on trust and accountability.
